Make a wish!

So, I don't know about you, but whenever I think about a giveaway, I never actually expect to win. I don't have amazing luck - nor amazingly bad luck, but you know, it's kinda average. So, I was very surprised when on Sunday, I opened up my Tumblr, saw I had a message (a rare occasion anyway) and found this:

Brilliant! Now, Roseberrystore is the tumblr of this Etsy shop, and she often blogs pictures about cute things she's found on Etsy, or the things she sells. Last month some time, on her tumblr, she posted a giveaway for these beauties, and I immediately fell in love, how cute are they?!
They arrived today, and they're even nicer in real life!

I got five different ones, all with their own cute background, and I'm not sure if you can really see the individual charms from my crappy photo skills, but there's a peace sign, a skull, a wish bone, a key, and a star. All on different coloured threads, and I love them all. Especially the star, as although it's not gold, it has a gold thread, and when I wear it I shall feel like I'm paying homage to my favourite TV star, Rachel Berry. (Do not judge me.)

This lovely message is at the bottom of each bracelet. I think it's a brilliant idea!

I decided to wear the wish bone one first, isn't it pretty!

You should all go check out both her Tumblr and Etsy store - she has some really gorgeous stuff, like Domino rings, and Vintage English Street Atlas Badges :)

What d'you think?

  1. they are so sweet and i love the little note

  2. What a wicked prize! Those bracelets are lovely - I think I like the skull one best! x

  3. thats fantastic well done on winningxxx

  4. Ah congrats! I used to make friendship bracelets all the time. Putting the charm on them is such a lovely idea - I think the key is my personal fave!

  5. Congratulations on winning! :) you won some great things. I never do the giveaways. For one, I'm lazy and don't feel like doing all the extra stuff to join and for two I don't think I'll win. I have bad luck lol
