Lush Review: Ickle Baby Bot Bath Bomb

I would like to start off by pointing out that this bath bomb has been created for children and babies as opposed to adults. I knew this - as it states it on the description, but I was intrigued anyway.
Straight away as I picked it up I could smell lavender and a hint of lemon, and as I've been struggling to sleep recently I knew it would be perfect.

When I put it in the water, the fizzing was pretty, but not spectacular. This bath bomb is most definitely a more relaxing one, with the lavender aroma wafting in the air as it melted into the water. There was no secret colours or glitter in this bath bomb, but I didn't expect there to be. The water turned a very pale blue colour, that the picture doesn't really do justice.

If you're after a dazzling bath bomb full of colour and glitter, then this is not the one for you. However, if you want a bath bomb that smells lovely and is incredibly relaxing, then this is the one for you.

It is slightly smaller than some of the other bath bombs, but at £1.90 it is also the cheapest!

I'm glad I bought this bath bomb, and I think I would repurchase it.

Have you tried this one? What did you think? x

  1. Haha, yes this one is for the ickle ones! I picked this up to because of the cute robot shape and you're right it does smell very calming! I'm pretty sure it was designed for night time bath with little kids to make them go to sleep. I like this one! You should try the Twilight bath bomb, bigger and more lavendar! ;) Although it is a ticking glitter bomb :O

  2. I should get this, I can never sleep and love calming bath bombs.
I love the smell of Lush, but my sister is firmly in the "smell repulses me" camp x
